Mr. Hans Kaestle founded K.E.T. (Kaestle Environmental Technology) at Germany in Oct. 1999. And at the same time he founded the K.E.T. Representative Office in China, mainly introduces advanced German Environmental Technology (industrial wastewater treatment plants) to China and provides consulting service in all fields of environmental protection to the customer. The key parts of the wastewater treatment plants are manufactured in Germany, additional equipment, such as steel construction, pipes, fittings, tanks and similar work are supplied by skilled and approved local partners. Moreover, K.E.T. perform installation and maintenance under the supervision of experienced engineers. This kind of German / Chinese cooperation offers a most effective and economic solution with reasonable cost combined with a technology, which is in accordance to the European standards. Introduced by a common friend of them, Miss Shen Li, the GM Assistant of K.E.T. Representative Office Mr. Zhang Xiao Xiong got acquainted with Mr. Kaestle in 2001. After a period of contact, both sides sincerity and seriousness promoted their mutual understanding and trust. At beginning of 2003, Mr. Kaestle and Miss Shen Li gladly joined SXZ. Mr. Kaestle holds the post of the General Manager, Miss Shen Li holds the post of GM Assistant.In 2003 we expanded our scope of business and serve mainly JV and WFOE in China with all products they need from the local (Chinese) market for processing their goods and we provide field installation service for foreign companies mainly in the field of wastewater treatment, water treatment and coolant filtration systems. Under our technical supervision and guidance, we let our partner companies produce stamping parts, turning parts, milling parts, bending parts, casting parts, die casting parts, forged parts and plastic injection parts for foreign and local companies. Meanwhile we also carefully select some good quality Chinese light-industrial goods to do the wholesale business to US and Europe and continue the promotion of German Environmental Technology to the Chinese market. We found a Crafts Shop in Hua Bao Lou, Yu Yuan in July 2003, the responsible person is Ms. Shen Li. We provide the top quality handcrafts to our customers. Wuxi, RuSiTec Science & Technology Co., Ltd. joined our group in 2003. RuSiTec is engaged in design and manufacturing of fully automatic machinery equipment based on hydraulic and pneumatic such as tilter, lubrication equipment, separators etc. and equipment according customers requirements. Additional RuSiTec also provides solutions in the field of Environmental Technology in cooperation with K.E.T. and supply SXZ with qualified engineers and skilled workers for field installation service.ICN Industrial Consult Neugebauer, Wuxi the Representative of RASTER Maschinen GmbH and marketing expert for JV in China joined our group in 2004. ICN helps German companies to find the right cooperation partner and support the establishing of JVs. ICN also consult companies who want to found a WFOE. ICN also provide supplier assessment for foreign companies.
